Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.1. IMAGE RIGHTS AND RULES1.1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the work that is done. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.


1.2. All commissioned work is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, or social media pages is prohibited.
(Commercial services may be providable)


1.3. Conditions for Reposting. The client has my permission to repost the artwork where they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Twitter or Carrd is preferred) or my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
Please do not repost and tag my artwork with offensive language, see “Accepted and Unaccepted Content” section for details.


1.4. Do not alter my artwork in any way without asking permission beforehand.


1.5. Do not use parts or whole pieces of my artwork as direct references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.


II. PAYMENT2.1. I accept payment in USD only. I accept payment via Paypal.


2.2. All payments will be taken via invoice and half must be paid up-front before I will begin work. A watermarked piece will be given until full payment is made. I currently do accept payment plans. Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent unless otherwise discussed; non-payment will result in the commission being canceled.


2.3. The commissioner is responsible for their own payment. If another person will pay on behalf of the commissioner, I must receive confirmation and consent from the responsible party that they are paying on behalf of the commissioner.


2.4. Refund Policy. If the client cancels a commission before work has started, the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions. Should the artist cancel, the client will receive a full refund.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.

3. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION3.1. All discussion of commissions will be conducted via email ([email protected]), Twitter, Telegram, or Discord. Please provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character.

4. ACCEPTED AND UNACCEPTED CONTENT4.1. Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not do. I am generally open with the exception of what is in the “will not do.” Feel free to inquire about anything! Inquiries are confidential and I will not be offended by any suggested ideas.Will do
